Plan early for hotel and travel

Hotel reservations

New this year for the Breakthroughs Conference and Exhibition is our use of a convention center along with three hotels. The Anaheim Marriott, Hilton Anaheim and Sheraton Park are arranged in campus-like configuration with the Anaheim Convention Center, all within easy walking distance on each other.  Most of the pre-functions will be at either the Hilton or Marriott with the main conference at the Convention Center, including all the general sessions, concurrent sessions and the exhibition.

If you are attending the Food Service functions, you may wish to stay at the Hilton Anaheim. Most of the activities will be in that facility or the Convention Center, though the Marriott is about 30 steps across the street from the Hilton.

Booth managers of paid exhibit booths will receive an email containing a special link to make advance hotel reservations. This is a great opportunity as hotel space sells out fast. Call in reservations will not be accepted.

There will be a special block of rooms reserved just for exhibiting attendees at each of the following three hotels for the conference all located adjacent to the Anaheim Convention Center. Standard hotel rates are *$189/night plus taxes for each of the following:

**NEW** Special rate at the Sheraton below is $149/night plus taxes -an economical way to attend the conference!

Book your travel early!

The cost of fuel has dropped over the past few months. As a result, airfares have been fluctuating dramatically. To secure a low fare for your trip to Anaheim this June, we encourage you to start to watch the fares from your departure city to Santa Ana, Los Angeles or Long Beach. If you find a fare that fits your travel budget, consider purchasing your airline ticket now to lock in the price.
