Booth space

Booths may be reserved in 10’ x 10’ quantities. For every 100 square feet (10' x 10') the cost is $4,250. Booth space fees do not include exhibiting attendee fees. Booth space will be allocated in the order in which reservations are received and paid in full.  Exhibit space will NOT be assigned without payment.

Exhibits on the tradeshow floor are divided into three areas based on the type of Premier contract a company holds. Booth registration allows for the identification of show floor location preferences listed below.

Booth space rental fees*

1 (one) 10’ x 10’ booth *$4,250
2 (two) 10’ x 10’ booths (10' x 20' booth) *$8,500
3 (three) 10’ x 10’ booths (10' x 30' booth) *$12,750
4 (four) 10’ x 10’ booths (20' x 20' booth) *$17,000

*The booth space fee does NOT include attendee fees.

Registration fees

All exhibiting attendees are required to pay a registration fee.  **NEW FOR 2009!  - Completion of the booth space registration will allow you to reserve and pay for booth space, and to register and pay for exhibiting attendees.

Attendee fees (per person) based on registrations received and paid during the following dates:

Through May 29, 2009
  • $525 full exhibitor attendance fee
  • $275 daily exhibitor attendance fee
May 30 – June 18, 2009
  • $650 full exhibitor attendance fee
  • $400 daily exhibitor attendance fee

Children under the age of 18 are not permitted on the exhibit floor at any time.

Non-exhibiting attendance

Back by popular demand - suppliers who are not participating in the exhibition are invited to attend the conference!

Even though you cannot bring company materials and set up a spot on the trade show floor, your company can:

The $1000 registration fee is more budget friendly to the cost conscious supplier and with the extension of the hotel room special rates, there is no better time to decide to attend!
