What are the dates and location of Premier’s 2010 Breakthroughs Conference and Exhibition?
- June 8-11, 2010 at the Gaylord National Hotel and Conference Center, located just minutes outside the heart of Washington, DC.

What is the expected attendance?

How and when can I make hotel accommodations?
- Booth managers receive the link to reserve sleeping rooms after registering for a booth. A link will be provided in the booth registration confirmation. Call in reservations will not be accepted.
- Due to strong interest in the Breakthroughs conference, exhibitor room blocks have been reserved at the Gaylord National hotel as well as four additional hotels. The additional hotels are across the street or within walking distance and are brand new facilities. Rates vary between $189/night to $249/night plus tax.
What is included in my booth space fee?
- Each 100 square feet (10’ x 10’ booth space) includes the following: 8-foot back panel 36-inch side rails; a 7” x 44” sign for the company name, one 6' skirted table, 2 chairs, and a wastebasket. Carpet is not included with your booth - you must order through GES.
- For marketing purposes, exhibiting companies may make a one-time request (before or after the conference) to receive an electronic copy of currently registered healthcare attendees (names and addresses). Phone numbers, fax numbers, or e-mail addresses of our attendees are not provided.
How do I order decorating and arrange drayage?
- GES Exposition Services is the official decorator and supplier of exhibit booths for the meeting. GES service manual is available for your ordering needs. Pay close attention to the May 18 discount price deadline - in many cases ordering early will save you as much as 20 percent.
When will I be notified of my booth space assignment?
- All booth assignments have been sent, if you have not received a booth assignment please contact Frank Sheridan at 770.518.9963 with questions regarding your booth assignments.
When will I receive my exhibitor services and information manual?
- An Exhibitor Services Manual (exhibitor kit) will be sent to each exhibitor by GES. The kit will contain pertinent information regarding the show including, but not limited to, additional rules and regulations, display rules, move-in/move-out schedules, registration information, contractor order forms and pricing, shipping and labor, utilities and building services, decoration, and audio/visual services.
- Pay close attention to the May 18 discount price deadline - in many cases ordering early will save you as much as 20 percent.
I understand that exhibitor registration is not included in my booth space fee, when do exhibitors register for the show?
- Again this year - completion of the booth space registration will allow you to reserve and pay for booth space. Within 15 minutes of submitting the request, a confirmation will be sent containing login and a password allowing you to immediately register and pay for exhibiting attendees.
What is the fee for registration?
Attendee fees (per person) based on registrations received and paid during the following dates:
- Through May 25, 2010 $525 full attendee fee | $275 daily attendee fee
- May 26 - June 10, 2010 $650 full attendee fee | $400 daily attendee fee
Are registration fees transferable? Refundable?
- Registration fees are transferable but nonrefundable.
- Booth managers receive a login and password in their booth registration confirmation that allows access to exhibiting attendee. This is used to register and manage exhibiting attendee registrations.
When does exhibitor registration open on site?
Tentative hours for exhibitor registration on site are as follows:
- Monday, June 7 1-5 p.m.
- Tuesday, June 8 9 a.m.-8 p.m.
- Wednesday, June 9 7 a.m.-5 p.m.
- Thursday, June 10 8 a.m.-3 p.m.
What opportunities are there for lead generation?
- Again this year will be the availability of lead generation equipment that exhibitors can rent for their trade show booth. Full information and order forms are available in the exhibitor services manual.
What is the Breakthroughs Community?
The Breakthroughs Community is an online event networking site for registered attendees, allowing you to get ahead of the game in connecting with fellow attendees and exhibitors, review supplier profiles, send messages privately and securely, and discuss important issues on the Community Conversation board.
