Ethics and Compliance program
Premier’s Ethics and Compliance program was instituted in 2002 to demonstrate to our many stakeholders the company’s unwavering commitment to high standards of conduct.
Premier’s Ethics and Compliance program is the product of
employees across the company, working to put our principles into practice.
Legal, Human Resources, Corporate Communications, Advocacy, the Ethics and
Compliance Office and other units help ensure that the company’s high
standards of conduct are infused within Premier’s many business activities.
The Ethics and Compliance Office provides the central oversight and
support for the program. Megan Barry, Premier’s Ethics
and Compliance Officer, works with owners, members, suppliers, Premier’s
senior management and employees throughout the company to ensure that
Premier’s business practices continue to meet the standards established in
Premier’s
Group Purchasing Code of Conduct , and
Business Conduct
Guidelines and further reflect the company’s
commitment to ethical conduct.
