Industry experts to discuss hospital leadership role in creating a culture of quality to improve patient care
CHARLOTTE, N.C. (August 15, 2007) — The Premier healthcare alliance will host a national webcast on Thursday, August 16, from 1-2:30 p.m. EST, featuring industry experts discussing leadership strategies for creating a culture of quality across the entire hospital setting.
The webcast is entitled “Developing a Culture of Quality: Leadership Strategies for Building Quality into Every Service Line,” will feature:
- Sanford Tolchin, M.D., vice president of Clinical Excellence for Physician Affairs at Ascension Health;
- Kenneth Davis, M.D., chief medical officer for North Mississippi Health Service, a 2006 Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award recipient.
