Premier healthcare alliance executive named 2009 chief financial officer of the year by San Diego Business Journal

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (July 27, 2009) – The San Diego Business Journal named Premier healthcare alliance Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Ann Rhoads the 2009 CFO of the Year in the Private Company category.

Rhoads joined Premier in August 1998 as vice president for Strategic Initiatives responsible for overseeing strategic investments, as well as assisting Premier operating divisions with long-range strategic planning. She was promoted to CFO in 2000 and assumed management responsibilities for Premier’s information technology, ethics and compliance departments in 2003.
