Premier announces new imaging contracts
CHARLOTTE, N.C. (October 3, 2007) – Premier Purchasing Partners, LP, today announced new agreements have been awarded for diagnostic imaging products and point of sale service agreements.
The contracts, effective October 1, 2007, are available to acute and continuum of care members of the Premier healthcare alliance.
The awards include the following:
- Bone Densitometry – GE Healthcare of Wauwatosa, Wis.
- Cardiovascular Imaging – GE Healthcare; Philips Medical Systems of Bothell, Wash.; and Toshiba America Medical Systems of Tustin, Calif.
- CT – GE Healthcare, Philips Medical Systems, and Toshiba America Medical Systems.
- General Radiography – FUJIFILM Medical Systems USA of Stamford, Conn., GE Healthcare, Philips Medical Systems, Quantum Medical Imaging of Long Island, N.Y., Swissray of East Brunswick, N.J.; and Toshiba America Medical Systems.
- Magnetic Resonance Imaging – GE Healthcare and Philips Medical Systems.
- Mammography – GE Healthcare.
- Molecular Imaging (Nuclear Medicine and PET/CT) – GE Healthcare and Philips Medical Systems.
- Ultrasound – GE Healthcare, Philips Medical Systems, and Toshiba America Medical Systems.
