How to join Provider Select: MD
Joining the Provider Select: MD program is easy and risk-free. Just complete the simple membership application (.doc) and only use those contracts that are right for you. More importantly, there is no cost to join the program. Start improving your operating expenses and join today.

Premier Provider Select:MD members are granted access to the Premier contract portfolio. The majority of our contract portfolio allows physician office members access to the same pricing granted to hospitals. Exact pricing is based on member volume and purchasing behavior.
