'Taking Action' - telephone briefing on the AHRQ Hospital Survey on Patient Safety Culture
The Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) will host its third and final technical assistance telephone briefing on the Hospital Survey on Patient Safety Culture, April 22, 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. EDT. This briefing will address how to communicate survey results throughout the hospital, determine areas of priority, and action planning and accountability for change. Speakers will include consultants who specialize in survey action planning and hospital quality initiatives who will answer your questions during a question-and-answer session toward the end of the call.
