Device recall survey
Dear Colleague:
We need just two minutes of your time to answer a short, seven-item survey on recalls of medical devices. You only need to provide answers to the items for which you have knowledge. We are gathering information on the current methods used in healthcare settings to record and track information on medical devices. This information will be shared with the FDA as additional insight into how a unique device identification (UDI) system may improve patient safety by facilitating device recalls and improving medical device adverse event reporting.
