display of the results from the surveys to provide immediate internal review and feedback. Important: For the file to work properly:
- Save it to your computer first. Right click on link below and select save as. (do not open directly from web site).
- This tool uses Excel macros. Before opening the file, be sure to set Excel's macro security level to "medium." From Excel's menu (without the file open) select Tools > Macro > Security. On the "security level" tab click "medium." Then open the tool and enable macros when prompted.
