AHRQ-Culture survey tools for nursing homes and medical offices
The Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) released new toolkit materials to support users of the Nursing Home Survey on Patient Safety Culture (Nursing Home SOPS) and the Medical Office Survey on Patient Safety Culture (Medical Office SOPS).
