ACF Toolkit - Selection and evaluation of alternate care facilities (ACF)
The ACF toolkit has been developed by the Capitol Region Metropolitan Medical Response System (MMRS), Hartford, CT, to assist communities and hospitals in the process of selecting alternate care medical facilities. The evaluation tool is based on the AHRQ model, modified to gather additional information to assist in developing a regional system of support for the chosen facilities in this jurisdiction.
