A short assessment tool for CEOs to rate their organizations pollution prevention, material purchasing, and waste management/reduction programs, developed in collaboration with Hospitals for a Healthy Environment (H2E) and Health Care Without Harm (HCWH).

How does your healthcare organization compare?

Consider sharing the results of your environmental assessment. Premier will publish a summary of the results of this environmental assessment on our Web site. Data will be summarized by type and size of facility, and by state. You will be able to compare results with organizations similar to yours.

To participate, download and complete the assessment and use the included survey cover page to return to us by fax or mail. All results will remain confidential and anonymous, published in summary form only.

H2E Supplement - available from Practice Greenhealth (PGH)

Supplement to the Premier Executive Reporting Score Card on the Environment, this 28 page comprehensive environmental assessment tool, developed by Hospitals for a Healthy Environment (H2E) -- now known as Practice Greenhealth. (PGH) -- is designed to help health care facilities conduct a complete assessment of their environmental program's status and develop goals and action plans to reduce waste, eliminate the use of mercury, and reduce other types of health care related pollution. These tools and resources are now incorporated and remain available from PGH.
