Premier pesticide contracts
New agreements for Pest Elimination Services have been awarded to incumbent Orkin Pest Control and new supplier Copesan Services Inc. These 36-month agreements offer firm pricing for 12 months. The previous agreement with Orkin (PP-CE-340) expires February 28, 2008.

Services include use of non-chemical methods (such as the application of caulk or mortar, or alteration in cleaning practices) as well as use of non-chemical pest control equipment such as mechanical rodent traps and UV insect traps. Limited traditional chemical strategies are also used to achieve environmentally friendly, yet effective control measures.
