Latex Allergy Information Service (LAIS)

The LAIS mission is to provide latex allergy education and assistance in developing policies and procedures.  They serve special needs children and healthcare workers with latex allergy.  They have local chapters, and a directory is available in the newsletter.  The Latex Allergy News Newsletter is published eleven times a year for a fee of $40.  Several brochures are also available, including “Guidelines for the Management of Latex Allergy Patients.”
