Premier submitted comments to the HHS Office of the Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response (ASPR) in response to Executive Order 14001, which directs federal agencies to develop a strategy to design, build, and sustain a long-term capability in the U.S. to manage future pandemics and biological threats. Premier was invited by ASPR to present these ideas on domestic manufacturing during an April 5 private sector meeting held by its Divisions of Strategy and Critical Infrastructure Protection.
