  • QUEST®: With more than 370 participating hospitals across 37 states, QUEST is one of the largest, most comprehensive hospital improvement programs in the nation. Participants are positioned to receive bonus payments under VBP and avoid readmissions and hospital-acquired condition penalties. QUEST uses healthcare informatics to provide the best patient care and drive performance in seven domains: Mortality, Safety, Appropriate hospital use, Evidence-based care, Cost and efficiency, Patient and family engagement, and Community health.
  • Partnership for Patients: Through Partnership for Patients, established by the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation, Premier’s Hospital Engagement Network (HEN) works with 450 of the nation’s finest hospitals and health systems to decrease preventable hospital-acquired conditions and readmissions: adverse drug events, catheter-associated urinary tract infections, central line associated blood stream infections, injuries from falls and immobility, obstetrical adverse events, pressure ulcers, readmissions, surgical site infections, venous thromboembolism and ventilator-associated pneumonia.
